About me

I first came to yoga 12 years ago. Alongside the physical benefits, I found it hugely beneficial in supporting my own mental health and started practicing regularly.

Since completing my 200 hour teacher training in 2018 with Yoga London I have completed over 200 hours further training in vinyasa, yin, yoga nidra and trauma sensitive yoga.

I believe in yoga being accessible to everybody and strive to make my classes inclusive and welcoming.
